Sharing my reformer transformation because transparency is everything.
In Summer 2024 I reached my heaviest and felt unhappy with how my body looked and performed. I tried unhealthy dieting, the gym, and heavy lifting…but nothing felt sustainable. After a lot of research, I learned how to eat properly, and in February 2025 I started consistent reformer Pilates.
In just a year I gained definition in my stomach, and finally toned my legs — an area I’d struggled with my entire life. Reformer changed my body, my health, and my confidence.
This journey is one of the main reasons I built a reformer studio within Aura. Every person who joins our classes will receive nutrition guidance to support your health journey safely and sustainably
